Shipping policy
All goods are dispatched from Gaffney, South Carolina and are delivered by USPS.
Most orders are dispatched from our warehouse within 1 business day. We have same dispatch before 12 pm EST, during peak trade and sales periods this can be extended to 3 business days due to the volume of orders we receive.
Upon dispatch, we will send you a notification email and your order should arrive within 3-7 business days for standard delivery and 1-3 business days for express delivery. For an accurate representation of delivery time frames please check the USPS website. https://postcalc.usps.com/ to calculate the shipping time to your location just add the zipcode 29341 (Gaffney, SC) to the FROM section and then your zipcode in the TO section. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched, for updates we recommend contacting USPS. During the months of November and December postage delays can be present so we recommend ordering with ample time to receive the parcel.
Please note it can take longer to CA, remote, and regional areas. Please note that we rely on our delivery partners to successfully deliver within their recommended service time frames.
USPS
We use USPS's eParcel system to deliver items US-wide from our Online Store in Gaffney, SC.
We suggest you give an address where you will most likely be during the day to receive delivery. We can deliver to all business, residential and PO Box addresses in the US.
Express delivery within the US
We use USPS's Express Service to deliver items US-wide from our Online Store in Gaffney, SC.
For USPS express post deliveries, please see below guideline, as to when you should receive your parcel:
Once your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email with your tracking number, after which you can track your delivery. Please contact USPS for any inquiries about your order, as once this leaves our Online store, it is in the hands of USPS.
It is the responsibility of you (the customer) to ensure the shipping details are correct when placing your order. We take no responsibility for parcels being delivered to incorrect addresses supplied by you. If your order has been placed with the wrong address there may be extra postage charges charged to you.
If your parcel is returned back to us we can resend it to you with a postage fee or offer you a store credit. A refund will not be available in this instance.
If your parcel has been delayed by USPS we will lodge an enquiry on your behalf. We must follow the timeframes set by USPS. During peak sale periods there may be a shipping time delay, we will endeavor to stick to our same/next-day dispatch guidelines. If your parcel is lost in transit, we will replace it. If an item arrives damaged, we will replace it. If a parcel is delayed, we will wait until USPS delivers it or deems it lost in transit before replacing or refunding it.
