30-Day Return Window: At Innergy, LLC, we offer a 30-day return policy, giving you ample time to assess your purchase. To be eligible for a return, ensure your item is unused and in the same condition as received. Kindly provide the order receipt or proof of purchase.
Initiating a Return: To start a return, contact us at info@trueinnergy.com. Upon acceptance of your return, please send the item back to us. Note that return shipping costs are not covered by Innergy, LLC. Choose a tracked postal service, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit. Refunds, excluding shipping fees, will be processed once we confirm the unused status of the returned item.
Damages and Issues: Inspect your order upon receipt, and promptly inform us of any defects, damages, or incorrect items. We strive to address and resolve issues promptly, ensuring your satisfaction. Damaged items cannot be returned after 72 hours of delivery. Returns are not accepted for mystery boxes or sale items.
Non-Returnable Items: Certain items, such as custom or personalized products cannot be returned. Contact us with any concerns about specific items.
Exclusions: Sale items (including mystery boxes) and gift cards are non-returnable. Opened or used items are also ineligible for return.
Exchanges: For a prompt exchange, return the item and make a separate purchase for the desired item. Exchanges are accepted for all products, excluding sale items and mystery boxes. Customers are responsible for shipping costs to return.
